Projects
Every project, followed.
What each one is, right now.
Everything Atheron is building, broken into modules, with every piece marked shipped, building, next or later. The percentages are counted from those marks, never typed in. Several of these are not open to anybody yet, and each one says so in its own words.

Where these numbers come from
We write down what each project is made of, module by module, and mark each piece shipped, building, next or later. A percentage is then just counting: the share of pieces that are shipped. Nothing on this page holds a percentage anybody typed, because a hand-set number is how a tracker sits at ninety for three months while you cannot tell. A project reads shipped only when every piece of it does.
Shipped means somebody uses it today: a customer, or us in running the company. Built and tested but not yet in use is still building.
What this page does not say
How anything works inside, what it cost, or who built it. Most of the work is in private repositories, and what their notes say is the right level of detail for us and the wrong level for a public page. This tracker is also not listed as a project of its own: a page reporting on itself would be marking its own homework.
